REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your watch. If you don't, we'll make it right.

30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for any reason. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email hello@luckyfours.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be processed.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take an additional billing cycle to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order. If you would prefer a direct exchange for a different color or model, email us and we will arrange it.

12-MONTH WARRANTY
Every Lucky Fours watch is covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in the movement and case, starting from the delivery date. The warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, water damage caused by use outside the stated water resistance, battery replacement, damage from accidents or misuse, or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties. Warranty claims require the order number and photos of the issue.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned. Free items received as part of a Buy One Get One promotion must be returned together with the paid item for the order to be eligible for a refund.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.
